Automated, In-House facility

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility allows for all aspects of the job to be completed in-house which enables us to keep costs low and to maintain quality control over the type of materials used and the construction of signage.

Our facility is fully automated which allows materials to bend to precise tolerances and provides greater efficiencies, and the machinery is large enough to accomplish economies of scale. We also have an in-house paint booth and neon plant.

Some of our in-house capabilities:

CNC Auto Shear and Autobrake: Allows materials to bend to precise tolerances and provides greater efficiencies

Accubend: Bends up to 80 letters per 8 hour day.

CNC Multicam 6’ x 10’ Router: Large enough to accomplish economies of scale with precise tolerances

Automated Channel Letter Machine: Allows materials to bend to precise tolerances and provides greater efficiencies

Paint Booth: Large enough to efficiently handle multiple products being painted the same color

Neon Plant: We have two shifts which helps to ensure efficiency on the shop floor

Our manufacturers have an average of 20 years of signage experience and they are skilled in:

Prepared to handle all kinds of installations

Our install team is experienced in installing signage on brick, concrete, and windows with varying types of electrical requirements; and, they are well equipped to manage high rise installations.
