Code Research and Landlord Approval

We will conduct the code research and obtain landlord criteria to ensure the proposed signage will be approved by the landlord and the city for a permit.

Survey

Site surveys are conducted prior to manufacturing to ensure that the proposed signage will have dedicated electrical and will fit properly on the façade.

Permit Procurement

Our permit department has been working with city officials in the Pacific Northwest for over a decade. We have built strong relationships with the cities/counties in the area and, thus, we have direct access to most cities which allows us to get our permits processed faster than the standard approval timeframe.
