If you are from the Puget Sound area you probably have seen the newest addition to Cheney Stadium. You might have even read the The News Tribune article announcing the arrivals of the two (2) landmark wayfinding signs.
Plumb Signs was pleased to team up with Cheney Stadium on this project. Along with incorporating building materials to match the stadium, the design phase allowed us to propose appropriate colors and an overall sign height providing the best visibility for approaching traffic. We also assisted in obtaining the necessary variance through the City of Tacoma. The outcome of the creative thinking and skillful manufacturing resulted in two phenomenal landmark signs. These signs not only show the way to the ballpark on game day, but also brighten up the community.
The installation was highlighted in a recent article in the The News Tribune to enhance opening day at Cheney.
