Rob has held a position at Plumb Signs for 20+ years. He has experienced three recessions with the company and contributed his experience to getting the company through each one. He started his journey at Plumb in Operations, moved into a General Manager role, and has since held the company's CEO/President role for over eight years.

Mike started working at Plumb Signs 20 years ago as a Stockroom and Shop cleaner during the weekends in his senior year in high school. After graduating in May of 1995, he began working full-time as an apprentice for Installation. His role moved him into the shop as an apprentice in Fabrication. As of the summer of 1999, he took over as Operations Manager.

Carin started work for Plumb Signs in 2010 as a temporary employee and moved into a permanent role as Rob's Executive Assistant in May 2011. She also helped manage some projects in that role. In 2012, she became the Project Manager, then her official role turned into Senior Project Manager. Her next role will be Operations Manager.

Bandit was introduced to the Plumb Team in the summer of 2014. He's a full-bred Frenchie that hangs out in the office, chews on bones, and claims his throne in Rob's office.

Michelle has worked with Plumb Signs for over eight years. She started in Accounts Receivable, moved her way into Purchasing, and is now holding the Account Executive position in the Sales Department.

Danielle started at Plumb Signs in 1996 as a designer. After three short years, she switched into the Sales Department. Her knowledge base with Plumb is extensive and her role can be viewed more as a consultant rather than salesperson. She has helped manage small to large businesses and all those in-between.

Connie started work with Plumb Signs in our Accounts Receivable Department in July of 1989. Connie eventually took on the role of Permit Specialist and now has over 25 years of experience doing code research, communicating with planners in various cities and counties, completing permit applications and plans and submitting to the appropriate city or county for review. She also runs our service department.

Todd has been designing with Plumb Signs since 2001. His primary responsibility is to create branding and informational solutions for our clients within regulatory and engineering parameters while effectively blending the architectural aesthetics of the install environment. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication from Western Washington University.

Tanner joined our team in 2015 from the distant land of Maine, which makes him our first and only remote employee. He comes to us after spending 5+ years working at a marketing agency. In his role as Marketing Manager, he primarily works to evolve Plumb Signs' overall digital presence. When he’s not tweeting out signage content he enjoys brewing beer and taking in the great outdoors!

Sunnie comes to Plumb with a 15 year history coordinating clinical research trials, having partnered with the nation's top healthcare and pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, Pfizer, Novartis, CHI Franciscan Health, and University of Washington.

Chris has been in the sign industry for over 20 years and joined Plumb Signs in 2004. Chris was hired as an installer and service tech before moving into fabrication in 2012. In 2015, Chris earned the role of production manager and has been in that role since. Chris recently received his CEU instructor cert so we now have in house CEU credits for our electricians and electrical apprentices.

Jacob has been working in the sign industry for over 3 years. He started as a PE and quickly moved into his role as a PM. Prior to working within the sign industry, Jacob ran his own small residential construction business. Jacob has a degree in business. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors (hunting, finishing, camping) and spending time with his family.

Wanda comes to Plumb Signs from the "newspaper arena". She has lived in the south sound area for the last 20 years, and loves WA!
She has 2- grandsons: Kaiden, almost 3 and Kroy who is almost 4 months old. Being a grandmother is the very best thing in the world!
