Project Overview:
ACU is a new customer of ours with multiple locations throughout greater Tacoma. The Fort Lewis branch is the first project we have worked on with them but we look forward to assisting them with any new signage needs that may come up down the road. This particular project was a not a complete signage overhaul but rather a complimentary package where we removed some old signs and replaced them with new descriptive signs highlighting their Home Loan Services as well as their offerings as VA Specialists. That being said, some of the original signs like the entrance sign and the pylon sign stayed intact.
Sign Details:
The complete sign package included:
- Exterior wall sign #1: Depth cabinet with aluminum bleed face including routed out copy/logo backed with white plex and vinyl overlay. Illuminated with white LEDs.
- Exterior wall sign #2: Depth logo with fabricated returns and white acrylic face and vinyl overlay. Illuminated with white LEDs.
- Exterior wall sign #3: Depth cabinet with aluminum bleed face including routed out copy backed with white plex. Illuminated with white LEDs.
- Cabinet face replacement: Aluminum faces with routed out copy/logo back with white plex and vinyl overlay.
Thankfully, everything went very well in terms of timeframe and execution of the project. There were no unforeseen hiccups or obstacles that have a tendency to pop-up every now and then on signage projects. Actually, we even saved some time on the permitting since this location is on a base, so we were not required to go through the typical city/town permitting processes. We can't wait to hop on any future signage projects for ACU! Here's a look at how the signs came out.
