West Coast Self Storage is a full-service storage management development, and acquisition company with over 74 managed and owned locations in Washington, Oregon, and California.

Located at 3252 Harbor Ave SW this new location will provide a Heated Storage option in the West Seattle Neighborhood with stunning views from daily commuters driving across the West Seattle Bridge.

In the pre-construction phase of design, our team worked diligently to plan the building signage based on how the signs would best be seen from the right of ways.  Once we surveyed the building we realized there were multiple vents and ducts obstructing the sign mounting locations and returned to the drawing board until we were confident these signs could be installed and would light up both the West Seattle Bridge as well as traffic passing by Harbor Avenue.  

Normally we fabricate our signs in the comfort of our shop but it's not every day a customer asks for signs this large.  With these huge 12' x 24' flexible face LED-lit cabinets, the complexity of the job required we send our install crews to build these on site.

Sign Details:

The complete sign package included:

• 12' x 24' LED back-lit aluminum cabinet sign w/ flexible face 
• 15' x 30' LED back-lit aluminum cabinet sign w/ flexible face 
• 7' tall "West Coast" Sign Cabinet and Self-Storage Channel Letters 
• Directional Signage 

With a 56' tall roof and a wall against the railroad tracks access may have been an issue for some sign companies at this West Coast Self Storage but with our very brave crew of men and women who work on our install crew and our 90' tall crane trucks no project is out of Plumb Signs reach.
